Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd is a UK-based defence and intelligence technology start-up developing the next generation of portable counter-drone systems for tactical, military, and security applications.

We design AI-powered, soldier-wearable sensor systems that passively detect hostile drones using radio-frequency (RF) and acoustic signatures. Our flagship product line — FORSYTE I, II, and III — is built for scale, cost-efficiency, and rapid deployment across civil, defence, and critical infrastructure environments.

Founded by Aries Russell, a former British Army Electronic Warfare Specialist with experience in risk strategy, defence intelligence, and digital innovation, Cypher Tech exists to solve one problem:

Make drone detection accessible to every tactical unit, not just elite forces or fixed facilities.

Our team combines defence, AI/ML, RF engineering, and field operations expertise to build smart, agile, and export-friendly tools that meet the emerging drone threat head-on. We’ve already secured MOD engagement (Project VANAHEIM), built out our MVP technical strategy, and are now raising our first SEIS-backed investment round to bring the FORSYTE platform to life.

We are currently:

• DSP-registered and NCAGE coded (U2CL3)

• Working toward TRL 6 validation via UK/US Army trials (Project VANAHEIM)

• Preparing to scale with NATO-aligned export readiness by 2026
